Deliverables produced for clients under a signed agreement are governed by the intellectual property clauses set out in that specific contract.

Clients engaging DEVELWORKS, S.L. for services agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for project delivery, to respond to requests for feedback or approvals in a timely manner, and to comply with all applicable law in connection with their use of our deliverables.

Clients are solely responsible for the content, data, and materials they provide to DEVELWORKS, S.L., and warrant that they hold all necessary rights to such materials.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the business relationship. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.

Specific confidentiality terms for each engagement will be set out in the applicable Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or service contract.

To the extent permitted by applicable Spanish law, DEVELWORKS, S.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

The total liability of DEVELWORKS, S.L. for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

This website and our services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by applicable Spanish law.

DEVELWORKS, S.L. does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

These Terms of Service are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to or use of this website that is not covered by a specific contract, the parties submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, to the Courts and Tribunals of Tarragona, Spain.

For service contracts with international clients, the applicable law and competent jurisdiction shall be those established in the relevant contract. In the absence of agreement, Spanish law shall apply.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the website or services following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
